The lawyers

I started working at the law firm in Marunouchi OAZO. The office looked almost the same as general companies but it seems that we have to treat the lawyers with very good manner without any rudeness. I wonder how lawyers in other countries are treated like. Is that traditional conservative way only in Japan? Anyway, the things what I'm sure are that the lawyers are respectable persons in terms of success in their lerning as they passed the difficult bar exam and they are making big money.
