Can really enjoy the waste?

I went on an overnight trip with my three friends to a hot spring in Izu where is 2 and half hours journy from Tokyo. We enjoyed the all inclusive tour including a fresh seafood buffet, a breakfast buffet, two-hour-long beauty treatment, free souvenier of local grown green tea and sweets and the train fare. However I couldn't help feeling guilty about the unlimited towel service in the public spa, the beauty treatment place and the room. It was a sort of their service to make customers feel free from taking things arond the hotel but I rather felt awkward.　I wish they were more clever to care more about enviroment than just attracting customers.
